My introduction to yoga began in childhood, thanks to my grandfather, who practiced elements of yoga while serving in the special forces.
Therefore, from school onwards, I was able to perform various postures and positions that he taught me. The best teachers, retreats in the East, and life in India helped me delve deeper into the world of yoga and try out practices from different schools.
All this experience allowed me to create my own unique transformation system, which helped me cope with a severe autoimmune disease and became the basis of my author's TV project "Yoga with Karina Kharchynska", which was a great success on the MAXXI TV channel.
